We understand that life can be a little hectic sometimes but we do require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. We highly value your time and we do ask for the same in return.
- Our consults are always free & complimentary but if no showed there will be a charge of $25 per no show added to your client profile
- If treatment appointments are cancelled within the 48 hour timeframe leading up to the appointment the patient will be charged 50% of the treatment price and charge will be added to your patient profile
- If treatment appointment is no showed, the full amount of the treatment/treatments will be added to your patient profile.
